Fees for therapy are guided by the 2018 recommended fee schedule set by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
- Individual/Couples Session: $200.00 (based on a 50 minute session)
- Seminar/Custom workshop Design: $200.00/hour
- Assessments: Pricing varies from $600 – $1800 depending on what type of assessment is required/requested.
- Clinical Space Rental: $20/hour

Payment is due at the time that services are rendered, and can be paid by: cheque, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or electronic transfer. A majority of our services are covered by private insurance and fees not covered by insurance may be tax deductible.
REACH Psychological Services Inc. does direct bill many insurance providers. We encourage clients to inquire with their health insurance provider regarding the extent of their coverage, including which mental health services and professionals are covered. Receipts are issued at the time of payment, which can be used for reimbursement from insurance companies, however, obtaining reimbursement from an insurance company that REACH cannot direct bill to, is the responsibility of the client.
A full session fee will be applied if an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours of prior notice.
