Chantelle is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists, holding a Master of Education in School and Clinical Child Psychology. With a specialization in working with children and adolescents, Chantelle also brings a unique background as a former teacher, allowing her to connect with young clients and understand their educational contexts.
Chantelle has provided therapeutic support to children, adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community across school, clinic, and community settings. She is experienced in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, family transitions (e.g., divorce), ADHD, trauma, family violence, grief, and academic struggles.
Using an eclectic, evidence-based approach, Chantelle draws on therapies like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Her practice is rooted in humanistic and attachment theories, focusing on the mind-body connection and supporting each client’s unique potential for growth, autonomy, and resilience. Chantelle is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space for emotional processing and healing, helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey to well-being.
