Whatever issues you may be facing, reaching out for support is a huge step on your journey to wellness. A journey I am honored to help support you through and walk beside you on.

There are many reasons people seek out counselling and support. You may be experiencing conflicts in relationships, noticing behaviours in your child, struggling with difficult emotions, or having a hard time coping. I value YOUR knowledge and experience and work with you to find solutions that make sense in your life.

A little about me…

I take a collaborative/person – centered approach to counselling where your life and experiences are valued. I believe that you are the expert in your life and work with you to find the best solutions to whatever struggles you may be facing. Moreover, effective counselling requires a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, something I provide and highly value in my practice.

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and have a Master of Counselling degree from Athabasca University. I also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta. I have seven years of experience working in the mental health field in multiple different settings including public and private practice supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Thank you for taking the time to read about me and my approach to counselling and I look forward to chatting with you soon.
